Refund Policy

At the Ireland Nigeria Growth Alliance, we are committed to providing top-notch services and support. However, we understand that certain circumstances may require a refund.

 

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Visa Refusal: If your visa application is refused after we have provided you with the necessary invitation letters and administrative support, you are entitled to a 75% refund of the total amount paid.

  2. Customer-Initiated Refund Requests: If you request a refund after payment has been made but before the visa application is processed, and after we have issued invitation letters and performed other administrative support, a 75% refund of the total amount paid will be granted.

  3. No Refunds for Completed Services: Please note that once the service is fully rendered, including visa approval, no refunds will be issued.
